Chillings on the beach and the relish asome flavorsome cocktail goes hand in hand. Nothing matches the comfort of your camp chair on a hot summer day with a mouth-watering drink in your hand. The alternate winter vibe of this is to cozy around a campfire and enjoy a winter classic, perhaps, the Sloe Gin cocktail?

That is quite the backdrop we have pulled. Anyways, we were just breaking ice. We’ve got a list of the best prosecco cocktails for the beach day and we didn’t want to overwhelm you with the lure right away. 

Let us now begin if you’re ready for it. 

1. Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco

  • Preparation Time: 3-5 mins
  • Ingredients: Chilled Prosecco, Limoncello liqueur, A few raspberries

This sweet, bubbly, and refreshing drink is a beautiful-looking prosecco cocktail and you can make it in minutes! Just pour 3 parts chilled prosecco and one-part limoncello in a cocktail glass and stir it well. Add a few raspberries for finish and your cocktail won’t only look good but it’ll also add a flavor to your drink that you’ll be craving for times to come!

2. Island Prosecco Cocktail

  • Preparation Time: 3-5 mins
  • Ingredients: Chilled Prosecco, Pineapple juice, Cranberry juice, Pineapple wedge, A few cranberries, and Amaretto

Not only will you be missing out but you’ll also end up being unfair to this cocktail if you refuse to try this on your beach day. And you don’t want to hurt the Island Prosecco Cocktail. Why? Because she’s pretty. She’s a perfect brunch cocktail!

Mix the fruit juices in a flute and add amaretto. Do it ahead of the time if you will be making a large batch of this cocktail. Make sure the half of flute is filled up with the juice mixture and amaretto – top up with Prosecco! 

For garnish, use a pineapple wedge and maybe a few fresh cranberries. 

3. Passion Pit

  • Ingredients: Chilled Prosecco, Passionfruit pulp, Lemon juice, Castor sugar, Pineapple wedge, and Triple sec

Listen. Let this recipe be our little secret. You’re allowed to flaunt the cocktail, not share the recipe. 

Start by mixing the lemon juice and sugar. Now add the triple sec and passionfruit pulp. Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice slowly. Top up with chilled prosecco and give it a nice garnish with the passionfruit pulp, pineapple wedge, and maybe a mint leave.

4. Princess Peach

  • Preparation Time: 3-5 mins
  • Ingredients: Chilled Prosecco, Peaches, Lemon juice, and Sugar

The Princess Peach has beach written all over it. Sweet, refreshing, pleasant, and a crown-wearing booze, you don’t want to say no to this one either. 

Take out your cocktail shaker and tuck in the seeded and diced peaches, lemon juice, and sugar. Get yourself a food sieve so you can take out the unpleasant bits. Top up with chilled Prosecco and make sure the peach slice garnish makes it up for a crown. 

5. Aperol Spritz

  • Preparation Time: 3-5 mins
  • Ingredients: Chilled Prosecco, Orange liqueur, Aperol, Lemon, and Ice-cubes

This Italian special is one part boozy, one part sour, one part refreshing, and mainly an absolute treat for your taste buds.  

Now, take out your ingredients and pour all of them together in a cocktail glass. Make sure the glass is chilled well with ice beforehand. Top it up with Prosecco and serve with an lemon/orange slice.

6. Prosecco Royal Hawaiian Cocktail

  • Preparation Time: 5-8 mins
  • Ingredients: Chilled Prosecco, Gin, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice, Orgeat Syrup, Pineapple wedge, and Crushed ice

Tribute to the bravery and valor of Princess Kaiulani, the Royal Hawaiian Cocktail stands strong as a tribute to the last heir to the throne of the Hawaiian Kingdom. The Royal Hawaiian Cocktail also served as the signature cocktail for the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in Honolulu for a long time. 

And no, you don’t have to go to Honolulu to enjoy it anymore.

Just pour all the ingredients together except the Prosecco into a shaker. Shake it furiously for 10-15 seconds – remember to add in the crushed ice as well. Pour the drink into a tall glass and top up with Prosecco. Add some more crushed ice on top as a finish. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.

7. Watermelon Mimosa

  • Preparation Time: 3-5 mins
  • Ingredients: Chilled Prosecco, Freshly Squeezed Watermelon Juice

Where there’s a beach, there is somebody enjoying a healthy watermelon. 

And now, you can booze on a tantalizing and healthy drink of watermelon and enjoy even more. Just squeeze fresh juice out of a watermelon. Pour it into a nice glass and top it up with prosecco. Make sure both the prosecco and watermelon are pre-chilled or add a few crushed ice cubes while squeezing the juice. 

Good riddance, thirst.  

8. Nectarini

  • Preparation Time: 3-5 mins
  • Ingredients: Chilled Prosecco, Nectarines, A few Ice-cubes

Nectarini is a vibrant-looking, dopamine-culminating, and refreshing drink. It’s a play on words, Nectarines + Martini.

The key to make a fine Nectarini is to sieve the nectarines through a mesh in order to get the freshest puree. Another important point is to add two parts prosecco and one part nectarine puree while making the final drink. 

Just add the the nectarine puree and ice cubes to a nice, tall glass. Top up with Prosecco and serve with a nectarine slice garnish on the side.   

9. Prosecco Margarita

  • Preparation Time: 3-5 mins
  • Ingredients: Prosecco, Simple Syrup, Lime Juice, Orange Liqueur, Kosher Salt and Ice-cubes

If you are looking for a recipe to please a crowd, go for the classic one, the margarita. But in this case, we want you to go with the Prosecco Margarita. 

Combine the simple syrup, lemon juice, orange liqueur, and ice cubes in a bowl. Keep the kosher salt separate in a plate and keep some mint leaves and lemon wedges ready.

Stir and make sure the mixture is chilled. Now, fill up each glass with 60 percent of the juices and then top each glass up with prosecco. Garnish with a sprinkle of mint leaf and lemon wedge.
